Canadian Building Manager Institute (CBMI) is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. We deliver the CPBM™ — Certified Professional Building Manager designation program through our online learning platform. We collect the personal information you provide when you create an account and enroll in the CPBM™ program, including:

• Payment information (processed securely through our platform — CBMI does not store your full card details)
• Course progress data, including lesson completions, quiz and exam scores, and certificate status

• Deliver course content and track your progress through the CPBM™ program
• Coordinate live weekly Q&A sessions (Wednesdays, 7:00–8:00 PM Pacific Time)
• Verify exam results and issue your CPBM™ certificate upon successful completion
• Send important program updates, scheduling notices, or policy changes

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to administer and support the CPBM™ program.

How Your Information Is Stored

Your account data is stored and processed on our secure learning platform, which maintains its own security safeguards for hosting account data, course activity, and payment transactions. CBMI accesses this information only as needed to administer the program and issue designations.

Your Rights
