Terms of Use

By creating an account, you agree to the following terms governing your use of the CBMI learning platform.

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Accounts

Each learner must register for one individual account using accurate, current, and complete information. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not share, sell, or allow others to use your login credentials or account access. CBMI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Course Access

Access to the CPBM™ program is granted upon full payment of $1,897 CAD. This includes all course modules, downloadable resources, and live weekly Q&A sessions held every Wednesday, 7:00–8:00 PM Pacific Time. All course materials are for your individual use only and may not be recorded, copied, shared, or distributed in any form.

⚠ No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once course access has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes change of mind, personal circumstances, failure to complete the program, or dissatisfaction with content. Please review the course description fully before enrolling. Questions? Email us at info@canadianbuildingmanager.ca before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, documents, quizzes, assessments, and materials — is the exclusive property of CBMI and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access content for your own learning only. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any course materials in any form.

CPBM™ Designation

To earn the CPBM™ designation, you must complete all required program modules and achieve a minimum passing score of 70% on the final exam. Learners who do not pass on the first attempt are entitled to one free re-exam within 60 days of their original attempt. The CPBM™ designation is awarded solely at CBMI's discretion upon confirmation that all program and exam requirements have been met.

Limitation of Liability

CBMI makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, career advancement, or specific results from completing the program. The program is provided for educational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

CBMI reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
